In addition to providing fresh, delicious food, PSU Dining is committed to protecting the environment. We compost, recycle and purchase from local and Food Alliance-certified vendors whenever possible. We also work closely with PSU’s Sustainability Program and the City of Portland’s Office of Sustainable Development.
